Cherry Tomato & Herb Meat Sauce (from scratch!)

This recipe is for a whole large pot of Sauce- more than is needed for tonight’s dish. We always purposely make a whole pot, because- WE WANT LEFTOVERS!

Tractor Tires!!!

Crisp, buttery, cheesy, wonderful, creative play on Sausage Biscuits with Cheese!  This dish was an Instant Winner in our house- everyone totally LOVED them!  This joy must be shared- so, without further adieu... I give you- <drum roll>                                   'Tractor Tires'.

You wanted it, you asked for it... We are finally going to share our ultimate Flaky Layer Biscuit Recipe!

The trick is in How you combine the ingredients...the handling (or lack thereof) is absolutely essential.  Our recipe is tried and true- a simple, yet legendary heirloom Comfort Food...

Dad-a-tooey

So, my Dad got into the Kitchen- and, several pounds of chopped Veggies later....TA-DA!!!  Jimbo-tooey is born. This delicious concoction is great as an appetizer, side dish or an entree`!  Versatile, vitamin packed and very filling- this dish is perfect anytime of the year!

Spicy Sausage & Peppers

Easy, delicious and spicy enough to get your blood pumpin'..  This is one of our favorite companion dishes for "Homemade Italian Night"- usually accompanying Lasagna, Ziti, Stuffed Shells, Manicotti or Raviolis.  Leftovers are "Loved-overs", believe me! ;)  Give this recipe a shot with your favorite sausages, whether Hot or not...

Ribstickers: The Stock is Key..

This is our adapted, downhome, country version of "Potstickers"- we have playfully named, "Ribstickers"- the Stock is key here, and elevates this from Yum to "hug myself and moan softly" in flavor... I will share my very own, heirloom level Stock recipe with you, dearest Readers (as a gift to you, for taking time out of your precious day to read my ramblings..)
